EV Mopar Is Out: The Charger Sixpack Is Finally Here
Dodge has pulled the wraps off full details and pricing for its upcoming 2026 Dodge Charger Sixpack — the long awaited gas powered return of the brand’s muscle car. Buyers will get two power levels, standard all wheel drive with switchable rear wheel drive mode, and the potential for a future HEMI V8 option.
The base R/T comes with a 3.0-liter “Standard Output” twin-turbo Hurricane inline-six, delivering 420 horsepower and 468 lb-ft of torque. The Scat Pack steps up to the “High Output” twin-turbo Hurricane inline-six, boasting 550 horsepower and 531 lb-ft thanks to higher boost. Both models use an updated eight-speed automatic and come with a limited-slip rear differential, active exhaust, launch control, line lock, and Dodge’s Performance Pages app.

Price For A Sixpack
The Charger Sixpack R/T starts at $51,990 for the two door and $53,990 for the four door. The Scat Pack runs $56,990 and $58,990, respectively. If you want the four door version, you’ll have to cough up an extra $2,000. For comparison, the electric Charger Daytona Scat Pack is priced at $61,990 for the coupe and $63,990 for the sedan.
The Scat Pack also upgrades with six piston Brembo front brakes, 20×10-inch diamond cut wheels, and optional 20×11-inch wheels with 305-width tires. Dodge quotes a 0–60 time of 3.9 seconds,a quarter mile in 12.2 seconds, and 177mph top speed for the HO eqipped Scat Pack.

Visually, the Charger Sixpack differs from the EV with a traditional grille replacing the Daytona’s “R-Wing” to accommodate added cooling. Underneath, it rides on a forged multi-link front suspension and a rear four-link independent setup, which Dodge says improves steady-state handling balance by 25% over the last-gen Scat Pack, cutting understeer and giving a more planted cornering feel.
Hurricane? How About Hemi?
Orders for the two-door Scat Pack open August 11, with deliveries in late 2025. The R/T and four-door variants will arrive in early 2026. And while the lineup is six-cylinder only at launch, Dodge CEO Matt McAlear hinted that a Hellcat V8 could fit under the hood — a possibility that keeps the door open for future high-octane surprises.
